Our A la Carte Wedding Menu is the thing for you! This is a menu of floral items and prices that allow you to order your wedding florals without the fuss and stress of full service floral styling, but with the same amazing attention to detail that Foxgloves is famous for. This is the perfect option for brides wanting the best the season has to offer within their colour palette and theme and don’t need backdrops and full delivery and floral styling.
Our wedding menu option is perfect fro the bride wanting to be in full control of the budget but allow us to work our creative magic using the freshest most beautiful local and imported blooms available. Typically “a la carte” Wedding clients spend under $2500 but remember you are in full control here (you can spend more..we don’t mind)! We want to make this as simple as we can for you and remove some of the stress from the planning process for you while still allowing you to have stunning flowers on your wedding day!
Simply fill out the form with the pertinent who, where and when as well as your styling preferences so we can still customize your wedding florals to suit you. Then make your selections from our a la carte menu. There are several size options for most items so you can make choices you are comfortable with. Remember you are in charge of how much you are spending, our pricing is completely transparent. We will make the most stunning creations we can given the budget you are comfortable with. We use many blooms harvested from Foxgloves gardens, as well as blooms seasonally available from our local farming partners to make this as local, ethical and environmentally responsible as we can, while giving you fabulous value.
Submit & Review
Once you have submitted the form, we will get back to you within a week to review your order, and give you a final total including the taxes.
Contract and Deposit
After approving your order we require a signed contract and a 50% non refundable deposit. Cheque, Cash or E-transfer are preferred methods of payment, however a credit card or PayPal may be used and incur a 4% processing fee. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance.
Keep in mind your total will not go down. It can go up if you require more items but once booked the total is set. If you require one less table centre we will allot those blooms into other arrangements to make them bigger and better.
Final Changes & Balance Payment
The balance on your wedding flowers is due 30 days prior to your wedding date at which time we review your order to make sure there haven’t been any changes along the way and you don’t need any additions.
Enjoy Your Flowers
We will have your flowers packaged, labelled and prepared for pick up at the Foxgloves Studio on the date and time specified on your final order. We will go though any specific instructions required with the person you have tasked with the pick up. We can arrange delivery should it be required for an additional fee.
