This year we are pleased to be offering 3 types of wreath classes!

• We have our always popular West Coast Winter Wreath Workshop- Always a favourite!
• Our New Luxe Woodland Wreath Workshop- a bigger and more full version of our West Coast Winter Wreath with more accents and decorations and foliage.
• AND a fun new Petite Whimsical Mushroom Wreath!

We are also very happy to announce that we will be teaching during The Winter Bazaar at The Gorge Pavilion where we will also have a fun booth for shopping along with many other talented local vendors showcasing their creative masterpieces.  Make a point of putting this one on your calendar to do some of your Christmas shopping! West Coast Winter Wreath at Foxgloves Flowers Studio

Join us at The Foxgloves Studio to jump start your holiday spirit with a West Coast Winter Wreath Workshop. Make your own decadent wreath from an abundance of fresh fragrant greenery, dried accents and ribbon while making new like-minded friends.

Spring 2025

Floral Design Essentials: A 2 Day Workshop:

Looking to expand your knowledge base, explore a new career path and just have a fun and new experience?  Join Colleen and Bella in the studio for this hands on, intensive weekend of floral design basics! This makes a great gift for flower lovers and gardeners alike!

All materials and tools will be provided. We just need your creativity!
Light lunch and refreshments will be served. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.

• Class Date: Dates will be announced in the NEW Year
• Class Time: 10AM- 4PM Both days. 10 hours of instruction time with an hour each day for a lunch break.
• Location: Foxgloves Studio 2825 Heath Drive Victoria BC
  • Cost: $525 which includes all supplies
• Maximum class size of 8 students.

Day One:

• Floral Design Basics- The day will start with a lecture portion that explores the fundamentals of design.  Basic floral structures, tools and care and preparation of cut flowers. No need to take notes, handouts will be provided.
• Vase Arrangements 101- Learn how to create a loose floral arrangement in a glass vase.
• Lunch Break
• Hand tied Bouquet Basics- This portion of the class will teach you the basics o bouquet shapes and design.  You will create a simple hand tied bouquet.

Day Two:

• Boutonniere and Corsage Design- Learn how to make a basic boutonniere in this hands on make and take portion of the class.
• Floral Crown- Get your happy on and create a gorgeous floral crown that would be perfect for a bride or flower girl.
• Lunch Break
• Floral Foam/Foam Free Table Centre Designing – Create a low table centre in a floral foam base and then learn how to design in a chicken wire base and explore eco friendly floral design options.

All of your creations will go home with you!
