At Foxgloves we believe that the work we do is uniquely creative. We strive to make every wedding and event that we do one-of-a-kind. Every bridal couple is different and we aim to incorporate your personal style, needs, seasonal preferences and venue choices into every detail while attempting to respect your floral budget.
Consequently we do not provide a “price list” for our work or offer “wedding packages”. Instead, we price every event on an individual basis after our comprehensive style consultation, which can be done, in person, over the phone or even via email! This consultation is provided free of charge, so take us up on it. Please contact us to set up an appointment at your convenience.
Costs for florals are dependent on many variables including season, particular floral selections, the number of guests, the size of your wedding party and your stylistic preferences. We do understand however, that most brides could use some guidance when establishing a realistic budget for wedding flowers; it is very hard to guess if you don’t have much experience with flowers!
If you have an established overall budget for your wedding you can plan on spending approximately 15-20% on florals. This takes into account taxes, delivery and set-up. Though most bridal guides suggest 10%, most brides that choose Foxgloves for their flowers place florals high on their priority list. That said, every bridal couple is different and we respect that everyone does have a budget. We do our best to create your floral visions within your established budget or offer suggestions to help get you closer to it!
If your overall budget isn’t established, we suggest figuring on $30 to $40 per wedding guest for a total wedding package of an average size wedding. This would include all wedding party flowers, decor and ambiance items for ceremony and reception as well as family items. This also includes taxes, delivery and installation. However some bridal parties are much larger than others and some brides have large guest lists etc. There are many mitigating factors when pricing a wedding. The best option is to have a consultation and see where your “wish list” takes you.
Circumstances such as extra large wedding parties or the necessity to create an entire environment such as an outdoor wedding may add to these costs. However in the case of larger weddings, at a certain point certain economies of scale may come into play reducing costs for your benefit.
