What a year 2020 has been. Every single one of us has had to dig deep, find our strength and resilience and feel so many emotions as we have navigated this whirl wind of a year. Who could have predicted that this year would bring on this life altering pandemic which has effected the world and so many people in so many different ways.
Luckily, we humans are resilient and have shown that we can pivot to get through just about anything that life throws at us. Sometimes it takes a bit more time to adjust to our new normal. And sometimes we may have found that this new way of functioning has brought about unexpected surprises. Whatever it might be, just know you can get through it!
Our flower shop was challenged during the pandemic, like many other small businesses. We had to pivot and think outside the box to re-establish our business in a different direction. With that came our farm stand that has grown into something we couldn’t have ever imagined! We had challenges, but most of all we had community support and the BEST customers buying from our little front yard flower market.
With winter upon us and the change of seasons, we are ready to take on what the rest of the year has for us and what the new year will bring us! We, as always, truly believe that a fresh bouquet of flowers brings joy, comfort and more colour to you or a loved one’s life in the best way possible.
With the second wave in the future, it is still unknown what it will bring our way. We will be taking it day-by-day and thinking of you all as we do so. May many blessings come your way over the holidays while you spend it with loved ones, taking in the moments, whether that be in your bubble or over FaceTime or Zoom!
This years holidays may look a little different. We believe that bringing joy into your home is the perfect way to celebrate in your space. We offer many different options of wreaths, bouquets and flower arrangements that will fill your homes with smells of the outdoors and vibrant colours. Send us a message! We are more than happy to help in any way to bring more joy to your holidays. Flowers are a simple gesture to uplift spirits around this time of year.
Thinking of each and every one of you. Stay healthy!
