Foxgloves Location Foxgloves Flowers, located in the heart of old town Victoria, BC, Canada, is an independent European design oriented flower shop.  With a keen eye for detail and stunning design, we pride ourselves on using only the choicest blooms available. All orders, large and small, are treated with the utmost discretion and care, and are hand delivered directly to the recipients. Foxgloves History Established over fifteen years ago in the main floor of a house on Windsor Avenue, Foxgloves gained a reputation of providing creative arrangements using only the highest quality product.  From this location, Foxgloves was moved to the Athalone Court on Hampshire into a retail outlet.  At that time, Foxgloves Flowers was called "Foxgloves-The Oak Bay Flower Shop".  Foxgloves had many successful years at this location, and in 1996 the owner at the time split the name of the shop and brought Foxgloves into the downtown market at G4 1001 Douglas in Sussex Place. In 2001 Foxgloves Flowers was purchased by the present owner, Colleen O'Farrell, and moved, once again, to its present location at 569 Johnson Street. The shop still boasts a reputation for creative and unusual design and the highest standards of bloom quality.
